    Our commission split is 60/40 and has been a hugely successful balance since we were founded in 1994. Some offer higher commission splits but can't offer the level of support that you'll enjoy with Travel Counsellors which includes ticketing, out of office help, technical advice, business development or the control over setting your margins, which you can do through our dynamic packaging engine, Phenix. This all leaves you more time to do what you love – selling travel and looking after customers.
